Barbara Hudak, MS, BSN, RN, Integrative Wellness Consultant & Resilience Educator, HeartMath® Certified Master Trainer and Coach/Mentor, Founder and CEO, Heartful Integrations LLC, Co-Founder, siSTAR Code Alchemy LLC.

For over 35 years, Barbara has supported individuals as a Registered Nurse specializing in cardiac intensive care. After 12 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, she resigned her commission and was honorably discharged, achieving the rank of Major. She joined Mayo Clinic in Arizona, where she worked for 14 years in Nursing Administration. Barbara felt drawn to integrative therapies to support holistic well-being and earned her certification as a Reiki Master Teacher.

In 2008, Barbara was invited to be part of a Mayo Clinic pilot study focused on the impact of evidence-based HeartMath® techniques on resilience, stress management, and emotional self-regulation in leaders. As part of the trainer team, she introduced resilience-building techniques to over 1100 Mayo Clinic employees and in 2011, published their results in the peer-reviewed journal, Stress and Health. Following an extensive internship, she earned the title of HeartMath® Certified Master Trainer and is honored to support global organizations as a “Trainer’s Trainer”.

Barbara offers on-site and virtual group training, as well as private coaching. An Aroma Alchemist, she enjoys tapping into the power of plants to support healing, with a focus on the emotional aspect. She offers workshops and extended retreats focused on the synergistic fusion of heart coherence, crystal-charged essential oils, and other integrative modalities to comprehensively support body, mind, heart, and spirit.
